INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTRATION

In order to register online for the GDCE for South Eastern Railway Examination - 2020, the candidate has to visit the website http://rrcser.co.in/.
Read carefully the instructions given herein and click Apply Now.

Online Applications are invited from eligible serving regular railway employees of South Eastern Railway for filling up following vacancies. against General Departmental Competitive Examination(GDCE) quota.

Typing proficiency in English/Hindi on Computer is essential.

The registration page opens up wherein, the candidate has to fill-in the online application form.
Candidates are hereby informed that all the certificates and documents pertaining to their eligibility for GDCE should be obtained on or before the closing date of submission of the filled in application then alone their candidature for the GDCE will be considered.

Step:1

Candidate has to fill- in the following basic information.

Employee details
Candidate’s Name
Name of Father / Mother.
Date of Birth.
Gender.
Community.
Religion.
Aadhar Number.
Candidate should enter a valid E-Mail ID and confirm the same.
Candidate should enter his/her Mobile Number.
Education details – Degree / Diploma / ITI (any degree from a recognized University).
Address for Communication: Candidate should enter his / her address as per the specification given therein.
Read the declaration and click SUBMIT.

Step:2

A confirmation screen with all the data filled by the candidate will be displayed.
Candidates are advised to verify the details given therein, especially those fields highlighted in Blue Colour. Once registered, these fields CANNOT be modified.

Step:3

On submission, An Email will be sent to the candidate’s registered email id and an acknowledgement will be displayed. The acknowledgement will contain a unique registration number. Candidates are advised to note the registration number, as it is essential for further processing and future logins.

Step:4

Upload clear / legible Photograph, Signature and relevant Documents: All the candidates are required to upload their scanned recent colour passport size photograph, signature and relevant documents.
The maximum file size of the photograph is 20 t0 50 kb , signature is 10 to 40 kb , left hand Thumb is 10 to 40 kb and that of the relevant Documents is 100 to 300 kb.
The Online application system will not allow to upload any files larger than the above mentioned sizes.
All candidates have to upload his/her photograph,signature and relevant Documents only in “jpg/jpeg format”. Once the photograph, signature and relevant documents files are uploaded by the candidate successfully, the system will show on the screen the Photograph and Signature that has been uploaded. If these have been correctly uploaded, applicant shall save and print the acknowledgment receipt.

उम्मीदवार को ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र पंजीकरण पृष्ठ पर भरना है।
उम्मीदवारों को इसके द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि उनकी पात्रता और दस्तावेजों के सभी प्रमाण पत्रों को आवेदन पत्र भरने की अंतिम तिथि से पहले ही प्राप्त किया जाना चाहिए, तब उनके आवेदन पर विचार किया जाएगा।

उम्मीदवार को अपना मोबाइल नंबर दर्ज करना चाहिए।
शिक्षा का विवरण - डिग्री / डिप्लोमा / आईटीआई (किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से डिग्री)।
संचार के लिए पता: उम्मीदवार को दिए गए विनिर्देश के अनुसार अपना पता दर्ज करना चाहिए।

चरण 2

उम्मीदवार द्वारा भरे गए सभी डेटा के पुष्टि के लिए स्क्रीन प्रदर्शित की जाएगी।
उम्मीदवारों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे विशेष रूप से ब्लू कलर में हाइलाइट किए गए विवरणों को सत्यापित करें। एक बार पंजीकृत होने के बाद, इन क्षेत्रों को संशोधित नहीं किया जा सकता है।

चरण 3

सबमिट करने पर, एक ईमेल उम्मीदवार के पंजीकृत ईमेल आईडी पर भेजा जाएगा और एक पावती प्रदर्शित की जाएगी। पावती में एक अद्वितीय पंजीकरण संख्या होगी। उम्मीदवारों को पंजीकरण संख्या पर ध्यान देने की सलाह दी जाती है, क्योंकि यह आगे की प्रक्रिया और भविष्य के लॉगिन के लिए आवश्यक है।

चरण 4

स्पष्ट / सुपाठ्य फोटोग्राफ, हस्ताक्षर और प्रासंगिक दस्तावेज अपलोड करें: सभी उम्मीदवारों को अपने स्कैन किए गए हाल के पासपोर्ट आकार के फोटो, हस्ताक्षर और प्रासंगिक दस्तावेजों को अपलोड करना आवश्यक है।
फोटोग्राफ का अधिकतम फ़ाइल आकार 20 से 50 kb है, हस्ताक्षर 10 से 40 kb है, बाएं हाथ का अंगूठा 10 से 40 kb का है और संबंधित दस्तावेज 100 से 300 kb का है।
ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्रणाली उपर्युक्त आकारों से बड़ी किसी भी फाइल को अपलोड करने की अनुमति नहीं देगी।
सभी उम्मीदवारों को केवल अपनी तस्वीरों, हस्ताक्षर और प्रासंगिक दस्तावेजों को "jpg / jpeg प्रारूप" में अपलोड करना होगा। एक बार फोटोग्राफ, हस्ताक्षर और प्रासंगिक दस्तावेजों की फाइलें उम्मीदवार द्वारा सफलतापूर्वक अपलोड कर दिए जाने के बाद, सिस्टम स्क्रीन पर अपलोड किए गए फोटोग्राफ और हस्ताक्षर को दिखाएगा। यदि ये सही तरीके से अपलोड किए गए हैं, तो आवेदक पावती रसीद को बचाएगा और प्रिंट करेगा।
